Skin & Body Concerns We Treat in Neenah, WI
Start with what bothers you, not what it's called.
Nobody books a device. They book because of something they see in the mirror — so these pages work backwards: what is actually happening, what we can do about it, and what we would reach for first.

Before anything is chosen
The scan comes first.
An Alma IQ analysis photographs pigment, vascularity and texture below the surface. It is included with any skin consultation, and it changes the recommendation often enough that we run it every time rather than when it seems necessary.

Common questions
Before you pick one.
These pages exist because almost nobody searches for the name of a device. They search for the thing that is bothering them, and the distance between those two is where most of the wrong treatments get bought.
Why start from the concern rather than the treatment?
Because the treatment you have heard of is frequently not the one that fixes your problem. People arrive asking for filler when the issue is skin laxity, or for IPL when the pigment is melasma and IPL would make it worse. Starting from what is actually happening gets to the right answer more often than starting from a brand name.
What if I have more than one of these?
Most people do, and it changes the order rather than the plan. Active acne is treated before acne scarring, because needling through inflamed skin spreads it. Weight is stabilised before body contouring. We sequence it at the consultation, and part of that conversation is which thing to leave alone for now.
How do you tell similar-looking concerns apart?
With imaging, where it matters. Melasma and sun damage look alike on the surface and want opposite treatments — heat clears one and provokes the other. An Alma IQ scan photographs what is happening below the surface, which is how that gets settled before anything is treated rather than after a course that went the wrong way.
Is there a concern here you would tell me not to treat?
Several, depending on the person. Lines that still disappear completely when your face is still. Volume loss that has not reached the point of bothering you in daylight. Pores, if your expectation is that they will vanish. We would rather lose the booking than take money for a result we do not think you will be happy with.
How much does treating one of these cost?
It depends entirely on which one and how far along it is, which is why each concern page carries the real published price of the treatment it usually routes to rather than a range. Nothing here is quote-on-request, and the consultation gives you a total before anything starts.
What if my concern is not on this list?
Call and ask. Nineteen covers what we are asked about most, not everything we treat, and it certainly does not cover every way a problem can present. If it turns out to be something outside what we do, we will say so and point you at who does — that happens often enough with medical dermatology that it is worth saying out loud.

Not sure which one it is?
That is what the consultation is for. An Alma IQ scan comes with any skin consultation and tells us what we are actually looking at.
