South out of downtown Menasha and across the Fox River, then along Main Street into downtown Neenah. Most Menasha addresses are closer to us than they are to the Fox River Mall.
The two cities sit at the north end of Lake Winnebago where the Fox River leaves it, and the river channels are the only real thing separating them. Menasha holds the eastern channel and Neenah the western, which is why the whole area was built as a single industrial district and has functioned as one ever since.
In practical terms that means no highway is involved. There is no ramp, no merge and no bypass — you drive through a neighbourhood and arrive in a downtown, which is a meaningfully different experience from any trip that starts with I-41.

Wind coming off open water carries more moisture and moves faster than wind over land, and the stretch between Little Lake Butte des Morts and the lock is exposed on both sides. Walking Washington Street in a February wind is a barrier-stripping exercise: the outer layer loses water faster than it can replace it, and the result is the tight, flaking, stings-when-you-apply-anything skin that shows up in our treatment room every winter.
Indoor heat does the other half. From November a heated house sits well under the humidity skin is comfortable at, and most Menasha housing stock is old enough to be dry rather than sealed. Skin that behaves perfectly in August can be reactive by January with nothing else having changed.
The useful consequence is about timing rather than product. Winter is when we want to do resurfacing work — peels, laser, microneedling all leave skin more light-sensitive, and from November to February the UV index here rarely clears 3. Being eight minutes away is what makes a winter course realistic rather than theoretical.

Where do I park in downtown Neenah?
There is free street parking on Main Street directly outside, and a public lot a short walk behind the building. Downtown Neenah is not a place where parking is a problem, and nobody has ever missed an appointment here because of it. If you are running late because you are circling, call — we would rather know.
When in the year should someone in Menasha start treatment?
If it involves resurfacing — a peel, laser, microneedling — start between November and February, when the UV index here rarely clears 3 and the aftercare is genuinely manageable. If it is injectables, hydration or barrier repair, the calendar does not matter and the honest answer is whenever you want to. Living eight minutes away is what makes a winter course of anything realistic.

About two miles from downtown Menasha to our studio at 704 Main St in downtown Neenah, which is a five to eight minute drive depending on the bridge. No highway is involved — you cross the river and continue into downtown Neenah.
