Not sure where to start

Most people start with the problem, not the treatment.

If you know what bothers you but not what fixes it, the concerns pages work backwards from there. What is actually happening, and what we would reach for.

All concerns

Pricing

Published, per unit, with member pricing beside it.

Nothing is quote-on-request. Per-unit and per-syringe treatments are quoted per unit, because the total depends on your plan rather than a package.

Common questions

Before you book anything.

Six categories is a lot to arrive at cold, and most people are not choosing between treatments so much as trying to work out whether their particular problem is one we can do anything about. These are the questions that come up before that decision gets made.

If yours is not here, call the studio and ask. Nobody on the phone is on commission, and the answer is sometimes that what you want is not something we should sell you.

Where do I start if I do not know what I need?

With a $50 consultation, credited back against whatever you go on to have. Most people arrive naming a treatment they have read about and leave having been assessed for the thing actually causing the problem, which is frequently not the same. If you would rather narrow it down first, the concerns pages work backwards from the symptom.

Do I have to have something done at a consultation?

No, and a consultation that ends with you deciding to do nothing is a normal outcome here. The fee is credited toward treatment if you proceed, which means the appointment is not the product. Nobody is treated on the day unless they ask to be and it is clinically sensible.

Who performs the treatments?

Two nurse practitioners and a licensed master esthetician, and every clinical page on this site names which of them performs that treatment. In aesthetic medicine the operator matters at least as much as the device, so we publish it rather than leaving it to whoever is free on the day.

Is everything priced openly?

Every price we can publish honestly is published, on the pricing pages and on each treatment page, with member pricing beside it. A handful of treatments are priced at consultation because a single figure would mislead, laser tattoo removal depends on the ink, a filler plan depends on how many areas need treating. Where that is the case we say so rather than inventing a from price.

How far ahead do I need to book?

A week or two for most treatments, and longer for the two late evenings, Tuesday and Wednesday run until 7:00 PM and those slots fill first. If you are booking around an event, work backwards: injectables want a fortnight and anything resurfacing wants considerably more.

Can I combine treatments in one appointment?

Often, and sometimes we will advise against it. Tox and filler are routinely done together. Resurfacing and injectables in the same session on the same area is usually a bad idea, because it makes it impossible to tell which one caused what if something needs adjusting. Ask at the consultation and we will sequence it properly.

Start with a conversation.

The consultation is $50 and comes straight back to you as credit toward treatment. Bring the thing you have been thinking about.
