Treatment

What we treat, and with what.

What concerns do you treat most often?

Fine lines, uneven texture, dullness, redness, acne and congestion, sun damage, unwanted hair, volume loss and skin laxity. Those route into injectables, advanced skin treatments, laser, facials and body contouring, and the concerns section of this site works backwards from the problem rather than forwards from the device.

Which injectable is right for me, tox or filler?

They solve opposite problems. Tox relaxes a muscle, so it treats lines that appear when your face moves. Filler replaces volume, so it treats hollows and folds caused by tissue that has thinned. If a line is visible when your face is completely still, tox alone will not remove it, and if a fold is caused by a deflated cheek, filling the fold is treating the symptom.

What is Skinvive and who is it for?

Skinvive is hyaluronic acid injected as microdroplets into the dermis to improve smoothness and hydration. It does not add volume or change shape, which is precisely why people who do not want filler choose it. Results develop over about a month and last up to six.

What is Sculptra and how is it different from filler?

Sculptra stimulates your own collagen over three to six months rather than replacing volume immediately. Filler is visible the same day and reversible with hyaluronidase; Sculptra is gradual, works across a broad area, and cannot be dissolved. That last difference belongs in the decision, not in the aftermath.

Can you help with a double chin?

Yes: with Kybella, laser lipo, or jawline filler, depending on what is actually causing it. Submental fullness is usually some combination of fat, a jaw that has lost definition, and skin that no longer holds a clean line. Treating the fat when the real issue is a recessed chin produces almost no visible change, so the assessment comes first.

Do you offer microneedling for scars and texture?

Yes, and in two depths. SkinPen treats texture, shallow scarring and pore appearance with a two-day recovery. Vivace adds radiofrequency at depth, which reaches the tethering under a rolling acne scar that surface needling cannot. Scar work takes four to six sessions and is judged at six months, not six weeks.

What is IPL and what does it treat?

IPL is broad-spectrum light absorbed by pigment and by blood vessels, so it clears sun spots, freckling and diffuse redness: often in the same session. Two to three sessions handles most facial sun damage. It is not appropriate for true melasma, where heat can worsen the pigment, which is why we scan before treating.

Do you offer body contouring without surgery?

Yes. Venus Bliss MAX runs three modalities (diode laser fat reduction, electromagnetic muscle stimulation and radiofrequency skin tightening) on one platform. Results build over eight to twelve weeks as the body clears treated fat cells. It changes a shape; it is not weight loss and it does not replace it.

Can you help with hair thinning?

Yes, with Alma TED: acoustic sound waves and air pressure that drive a nutrient serum through the scalp with no needles and no blood draw. Three sessions, four weeks apart. Before starting we would want thyroid, ferritin and vitamin D checked, because a correctable deficiency does more damage than most people realise.

What to expect & safety

The visit, the recovery, the risks.

What happens at my first visit?

A consultation, an assessment and a plan, usually before any treatment. For skin concerns that includes an Alma IQ scan, which photographs what is happening below the surface and frequently changes the recommendation. The consultation is $50 and is credited back against treatment.

Will I look overdone?

Not if the work is done conservatively, and that is a choice rather than an accident. The look people dislike comes from repeatedly adding product to the surface instead of restoring the structure underneath. We under-treat first and review at two weeks, because adding a little more is easy and removing too much is not.

Does it hurt?

Most treatments are well tolerated and short. Topical numbing is applied before microneedling and filler; Aerolase and radiofrequency need none. The two genuinely uncomfortable treatments are laser tattoo removal and, for some people, lip filler, and we would rather say that plainly than describe everything as mild.

What is the downtime like?

It varies more than anything else on this list. Tox, Skinvive and a lash lift have none. Microneedling is 24 to 48 hours of pink, tight skin. A VI peel visibly peels for about five days, and Kybella swells substantially for three to five. Every treatment page states its own recovery, and we plan around events rather than around averages.

When will I see results?

Tox at three to seven days, full at two weeks. Filler the same day, settled at two weeks. Laser sun damage after one session. Collagen treatments (microneedling, RF, Sculptra) take three to six months, because that is how long collagen remodelling takes and no treatment shortens it.

Is it safe to combine treatments?

Often yes, and sometimes the combination is the plan. What matters is sequence and spacing: we do not needle skin that is actively breaking out, we do not resurface in the weeks before a laser session, and we leave filler to settle before assessing anything around it. The order is part of the treatment.

What if I have sensitive skin or a medical condition?

Tell us at consultation, including medications, autoimmune conditions, cold sore history, any keloid scarring in the family and whether you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Some of those change the plan, some pause a service entirely, and patch testing is used where it is appropriate. This is why the assessment exists.

Appointments & payment

Booking, cancelling and paying.

How do I book?

Online at any hour, or by calling (920) 585-8115 during studio hours. If you are not sure which appointment you need, call rather than guess, booking the wrong appointment type is the most common reason a first visit runs short of time.

Do you offer consultations?

Yes. The consultation is $50, credited to your account toward future treatment, and an Alma IQ skin analysis is included with any skin consultation. For anything involving a course of treatment we would strongly recommend starting there.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Most major payment methods, plus financing through Cherry, which spreads the cost of a course across months. Medical weight loss is out of pocket only. We do not accept or bill insurance for it. Call (920) 585-8115 if you want to confirm a specific method before your visit.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for advance notice when rescheduling so the appointment can be offered to someone else. Your booking confirmation carries the specific notice period. The evening slots on Tuesday and Wednesday are the hardest to refill, so those are the ones where notice matters most.

Can I come in for a quick touch up?

Yes for short treatments: a two-week tox review, a single laser hair removal area, Skinvive or a lash lift are all brief appointments. Anything resurfacing, any facial and any first-time injectable needs a proper slot, because the assessment is most of the appointment.

Do I need a referral?

No. You can book directly for everything on the menu. Where a concern needs a physician (a changing mole, severe cystic acne, a keloid history, a lax neck that wants a surgical opinion) we will tell you and point you in the right direction rather than treat around it.

Everything else

The questions that fit nowhere else.

Can men book treatments too?

Yes, and plenty do. Tox, laser hair removal, tattoo removal, acne treatment, body contouring and Alma TED hair restoration are all regularly booked by men. Dosing for tox differs meaningfully, male facial muscles are typically stronger and need more units for the same effect.

How do you keep results looking natural?

Conservative dosing, thoughtful placement, and a plan matched to how your face actually moves rather than to a template. We treat one region at a time and let it settle for two weeks before assessing, because faces are only symmetrical in theory and the second appointment is far better informed than the first.

What skincare should I use at home?

Whatever supports the treatment you are having, and no more than that. We carry medical-grade lines chosen for specific jobs (pigment, barrier repair, acne, sun protection), and a good routine is usually shorter than the one you arrive with. Removing three products is a real recommendation, not a cop-out.

How do I choose between a facial, a peel and a laser treatment?

By what you are treating and how much downtime you can accept. A facial improves how skin looks this month with no recovery. A peel resurfaces and evens tone, with visible peeling. Laser reaches pigment, vessels or collagen depending on the wavelength, and takes a course. The scan at consultation is what settles it.

How much does treatment cost?

Every price is published: per unit for tox, per syringe for filler, per vial for Sculptra and Kybella, per area for laser, and a single figure for each facial and peel. Nothing is quote-on-request. The full list, including member pricing, is on the pricing page.

What are your hours?

Mon 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM · Tue 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM · Wed 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM · Thu 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM · Fri 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM · Sat Closed · Sun Closed. The two evening days, Tuesday and Wednesday, are the first to fill and are worth asking for early if you work standard hours.

Still unanswered

Ask us directly.

If your question is about your own skin rather than about the menu, it probably needs looking at rather than reading about. That is what the consultation is for, and it is credited back against treatment.

Still reading

The short version.

If a question is not answered here it is usually because the answer depends on your skin, your history or your calendar. Those are consultation questions, and the consultation is credited back against treatment.
