How we work
Six standards, all of them checkable.
None of this is unusual for a well-run clinic. It is listed because it is not universal, and because you cannot tell from a website which kind you are looking at.
- Licensed medical providers
- Injectable treatment is performed by nurse practitioners, not by unlicensed staff. Skin treatment is performed by a licensed master aesthetician. Wisconsin regulates who may do what in this category, and we work inside those lines rather than at their edges.
- Assessment before treatment
- Medical history, current medications, prior treatment and the actual goal, every time. Autoimmune conditions, cold sore history, keloid tendency, pregnancy and breastfeeding all change what is appropriate — and some of them stop a treatment entirely.
- Products with a paper trail
- Injectables are sourced through the manufacturers' authorised channels. There is no compounded, imported or grey-market product in this building, which is a real distinction in a category where price competition invites exactly that.
- Conservative dosing, reviewed
- First injectable treatments are deliberately under-dosed and reviewed at two weeks so the amount can be adjusted before it becomes your standing dose. Adding is easy; waiting out too much takes months.
- Reversal and complication planning
- Hyaluronidase is on site for hyaluronic acid filler. Every injector working here knows the vascular anatomy of the areas they treat and the escalation path if something goes wrong. It is rare and it is planned for anyway.
- Published pricing
- Every figure is on the pricing page, including per-unit tox and all fourteen laser hair removal areas. Quote-on-request pricing is how people end up agreeing to something at the counter that they would not have agreed to at home.

What we decline, and where we send you.
A clinic that treats everything that walks in is telling you something, and it is not that they are good. Some concerns are outside what aesthetics can do, some need a prescription we cannot write, and some need a surgeon.
Turning down a booking costs us the booking. It also means that when we do recommend a course of six sessions, the recommendation is worth something — which is the only reason the first sentence is a sensible business decision as well as an ethical one.
The referrals we make most often are to dermatology, for lesions and for acne that needs systemic treatment, and to plastic surgery, for laxity beyond what energy-based treatment reaches.

What people ask before booking.
What happens to my photographs and my records?
They stay here. Clinical photographs are taken to compare progress and are stored against your record, not used publicly unless you sign a separate consent for that specific use — and declining changes nothing about your treatment. Your intake, medications and history are kept as a medical record rather than as marketing data, and we do not sell or share any of it.
When would you refer me to a dermatologist?
Any mole or lesion that is changing in size, shape or colour, anything with an irregular border, and anything that bleeds or will not heal. Also severe cystic acne that needs a prescription we cannot write, and rosacea with persistent pustules rather than only redness. We check at consultation and refer rather than treat when there is doubt.
When would you say a treatment will not work for me?
When the honest answer is that it will not. Advanced skin laxity with true jowling needs a surgical opinion, not a device course. Grey and very fair hair does not respond to laser hair removal. Yellow and white tattoo ink frequently does not clear. In each case we say so at consultation rather than sell a course that cannot deliver.
What happens if I have a complication?
You call the studio and we see you — that is the entire policy. Bruising, swelling and asymmetry in the first two weeks are usually normal and we would rather look than reassure you over the phone. A genuine vascular complication after filler is a same-day emergency and is treated as one.
Do you treat during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Not with injectables, and not with most resurfacing. Neurotoxins, filler and Sculptra are contraindicated. Some facials are appropriate, which is why the Momma To Be facial exists as its own service. Tell us at booking rather than at the appointment, so the time is not wasted.
Are your injectables genuine?
Yes, and sourced through the manufacturers' authorised distribution. Counterfeit and imported neurotoxin is a real problem in this industry and it is one of the few risks in aesthetics that is entirely avoidable by the clinic. You are welcome to ask to see the vial before it is drawn.
