A Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Elizabeth launched Illumatox in 2022 as a one-woman show with a vision to empower others through natural, confidence-boosting aesthetic medicine. Today, she’s proud to lead a team of five like-minded women who share her belief that true beauty goes far deeper than the surface. Her mission is rooted in enhancing what’s already there—not changing, but elevating—and creating a safe space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered.
Elizabeth brings over 15 years of healthcare experience to her aesthetic practice. She spent a decade as a Registered Nurse with a focus in pediatrics, followed by five years as an FNP working in both primary and urgent care. Now fully devoted to aesthetic medicine, she combines clinical expertise with artistry to deliver personalized, natural-looking results.
Some of her favorite in-office treatments include Lip Filler, Aerolase laser treatments, and Neuromodulators (also known as ‘Tox)—procedures she finds especially rewarding for the confidence they bring to her clients.
Outside of the studio, Elizabeth lives out her values as a middle school Christian youth group leader, finding deep purpose in mentorship and faith. She loves spending time with her husband, Justin, and their 12-year-old daughter, Lucy.
A few fun facts? Elizabeth loves animals , never says no to a Diet Coke, loves Jesus deeply, and has Morgan Wallen on repeat. Lately, she’s been embracing her Cowgirl Era—you might see her in boots at the studio, living out her own low-key version of Yellowstone.

Kayla Lenzner is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with specialized certification in Obesity Medicine and an extensive background in health, wellness, and preventative care. With a passion for blending internal wellness and external rejuvenation, she helps patients feel their best—inside and out. Kayla’s approach to aesthetics encompasses a unique blend of clinical excellence, artistic precision, and compassionate care. She specializes in overall wellness, and evidence-based treatments that support long-term skin health and graceful aging. Her areas of expertise include neuromodulators, dermal filler and laser and energy-based therapies.
With a background that spans primary care, wellness coaching, and aesthetic medicine, Kayla is known for her personalized treatment plans, clinical precision, and warm, attentive care. She takes the time to educate and empower her patients, ensuring each person feels supported in their self-care journey.
When she’s not in the treatment room, Kayla enjoys exploring the outdoors through hiking and golfing, experiencing new cultures and cuisines through global travel, and spending quality time with her three beautiful children, 19, 16, and 6.Kayla is a firm believer in inner wellness as the foundation of outer beauty—something she strives to embody both professionally and personally. She believes true beauty is a reflection of vitality, balance, and authenticity—and brings that philosophy to everything she does.

Stephanie is a skilled Master Aesthetician with a passion for helping others feel confident and radiant in their own skin. Specializing in corrective treatments such as laser services, microneedling, and body contouring—as well as custom facials, and lash lifts tints—she brings both expertise and a personal touch to every service. Stephanie is known for her attentive care, results-driven approach, and commitment to helping clients achieve their skincare goals.
She is also bilingual and fluent in Spanish, allowing her to connect with and care for a broader community of clients. “Mi objetivo es ayudarte a sentirte bien en tu piel, mientras te ofrezco un espacio cálido, profesional y lleno de cuidado personal.”Outside the treatment room, Stephanie is known for her gorgeous, long hair—and she’s always ready to share her favorite product tips and styling tricks! In her downtime, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, and never misses a chance to enjoy good conversation and even better company.

As the Aesthetic Practice Manager, she wears many hats—coordinating daily operations, supporting the team, and ensuring each client experience is smooth, warm, and memorable. With a background in communications and a natural gift for connecting with people, Katelyn is passionate about making every client feel welcomed the moment they walk through our doors.
Though new to the medical aesthetics field, she’s quickly found her passion in helping others feel their best. She loves how enhancing natural beauty can bring out confidence and inner joy, and she thrives in a role that blends creativity, communication, and care.
Katelyn is also the creative force behind our online presence, curating all the content you see on social media. From sharing skincare tips to spotlighting our latest treatments and capturing behind-the-scenes moments, she brings a thoughtful and strategic touch to everything she creates. Her eye for detail and love for visual storytelling help reflect the heart of our practice and keep our community engaged and inspired.
Outside of work, Katelyn is a wife and proud mom of two little boys. Her Christian faith deeply grounds her, guiding how she leads, serves, and builds relationships both personally and professionally. She’s passionate about building meaningful community and creating a welcoming, uplifting space for everyone she meets. When she’s not at the studio, you’ll likely find her planning her next beach getaway or off on an adventure with her little family.

Meet Melissa, the friendly and welcoming face at the front desk as Client Care Coordinator. Guided by her strong faith and a heart for service, Melissa is passionate about creating a calm, uplifting environment where every client feels seen, cared for, and valued. She has a love for beauty and self-care, having previously studied cosmetology.
Outside of the studio, Melissa runs a loving at-home daycare, where she channels her natural gift for nurturing children. She’s also a proud wife and mom, cherishing every moment with her husband and their two amazing kids. Family is at the center of her life, and her love for others shines through in all that she does.
