Meet Melissa, the friendly and welcoming face at the front desk as Client Care Coordinator. Guided by her strong faith and a heart for service, Melissa is passionate about creating a calm, uplifting environment where every client feels seen, cared for, and valued.

Outside of the studio, Melissa runs a loving at-home daycare, where she channels her natural gift for nurturing children. She’s also a proud wife and mom, cherishing every moment with her husband and their two amazing kids. Family is at the center of her life, and her love for others shines through in all that she does.

A true believer in self-care, Melissa enjoys working out, living a healthy lifestyle, and supporting other women on their wellness journeys — mind, body, and spirit. Whether she’s helping a client feel more confident or spending quality time with her family, Melissa leads with love, purpose, and grace.
