Before you book.
Will I be pressured into booking something?
No, and if you feel you were, tell us. A consultation that ends with you deciding to do nothing is a legitimate outcome and happens regularly. The fee is credited toward treatment if you go ahead, which means we are not relying on the consultation itself as revenue.
What should I bring or prepare?
Come without makeup if the concern is skin, bring a list of anything you are taking including supplements, and bring photographs if there is something you like or specifically want to avoid. If you have had treatment elsewhere, knowing what and roughly when is genuinely useful.
What does a consultation cost?
$50, and it is credited to your account toward any treatment you go ahead with, so it costs you nothing if you move forward. If you decide against treatment, you have still had a proper assessment rather than a sales appointment.
What happens in it?
We look at what is actually going on rather than at what you arrived asking for. For skin, that includes an Alma IQ scan that photographs sun damage, pigment, redness, pores and hydration below the surface. Then a plan, in order, with what each stage will and will not change.
Do I have to book treatment on the day?
No, and we would rather you did not if you are unsure. Injectables and lasers are easier to add than to undo, so taking the plan away and thinking about it is a perfectly good outcome.
Which treatments need a consultation first?
Injectables, anything laser-based, medical weight loss and body contouring. Facials, dermaplaning and lash lifts you can simply book.
