Contact a Medical Spa in Neenah, WI
704 Main St, three blocks from the lake.
One address, one phone number, and a person on the end of it during studio hours. Everything below is the same information the Google profile carries, which is deliberate.

How to reach us
Three ways, in order of speed.
Book an appointment
Online, at any hour, with live availability. The fastest route if you already know what you want.
Call the studio
Best if you are not sure which appointment you need. Booking the wrong type is the usual reason a first visit runs short of time.
Email
For anything that is not urgent and not clinical. Please do not send medical details or photographs of a concern by email.

Before you call
Three things worth knowing.
Appointments only
Every treatment involves an assessment and a plan, so there are no walk-ins. Booking online takes less time than a phone call if you already know what you want.
Do not email clinical details
Email is not a secure channel for health information. If your question is about your own skin or your medical history, call the studio or raise it at your appointment instead.
Prices are already published
You do not need to call for a quote. Every figure (per unit, per syringe, per area) is on the pricing page.
What clients say
5.0 ★ · 487 Google reviews
“I went in for a consultation with Elizabeth to discuss some texture I was noticing after a previous lip filler treatment at a different medspa. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through my options, explaining everything clearly and kindly. I felt truly heard and never rushed.”
Lauren K · Google
“Elizabeth is amazing! She is thorough and explains the process before, during, and after! The space is beautiful and calming, which offers a relaxing experience. Highly recommend if you are looking to try tox, or have already had and are looking for something local!”
Kendra Kamerer · Google
“They have all of the best treatments! I love the Vivace — my skin has never felt so tight!”

Common questions
Contact: what people ask.
What is the fastest way to reach you?
Calling the studio on (920) 585-8115 during opening hours. Melissa runs the front desk and can usually answer availability, pricing and preparation questions on the spot. Email at info@illumatox.com is answered within a working day and is better for anything that needs a written record.
Where exactly are you, and where do I park?
704 Main St in downtown Neenah. There is free street parking directly outside and a public lot a short walk behind the building. Downtown Neenah is not a place where parking is a problem. Nobody has missed an appointment over it.
What are your hours?
Monday 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Tuesday 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Wednesday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Thursday 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Closed Saturday and Sunday. If you see different hours on a third-party listing, these are the correct ones.
Do you offer virtual consultations?
For some conversations, yes: particularly weight-loss intake questions and general planning. For anything where the recommendation depends on seeing and assessing the skin, an in-person appointment is the only honest way to do it, and an Alma IQ scan cannot be done over video.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Call the studio as early as you can. Courses in particular are easier to move with notice, because the spacing between sessions matters clinically rather than just administratively. Short notice is better handled by phone than email.
Do you take walk-ins?
Not for treatment. Everything here is by appointment so the right provider and the right room are actually available. You are very welcome to come in and ask questions or buy products during opening hours without booking.

Start with a conversation.
The consultation is $50 and comes straight back to you as credit toward treatment. Bring the thing you have been thinking about.
