Prescription-strength alternatives without a prescription. AlphaRet is the retinoid most of our clients tolerate when nothing else worked, and the Even Tone Correcting Serum is our standing recommendation for melasma and post-acne marks.

Products are recommended against a plan and adjusted as your skin responds. In an acne programme that means the routine changes every few weeks; after a laser course it means barrier repair for a fortnight and then back to actives.
Which is also why the honest recommendation is often to remove something. A damaged barrier inflames more easily, so a routine built to fight a problem can end up feeding it — and stripping it back is a real treatment decision rather than a way of avoiding a sale.

Products — what people ask.
Why buy skincare here rather than online?
Because what you need is decided against your skin rather than against a review. We prescribe from an assessment and adjust as things change, which is the part a shopping basket cannot do. If something you already own is working, we will tell you to keep using it.
Is medical-grade skincare actually different?
In two measurable ways: the concentration of active ingredients, and the delivery system carrying them past the surface. The term itself is unregulated, which is why what matters is the specific line and who chose it for you rather than the label.
Do I have to buy products to have treatments?
No, with one honest exception. The structured acne protocol depends on a home routine doing most of the work, and we will say that before you book rather than after. Everything else works without buying anything, it simply lasts better with the right routine behind it.
Do members get a discount?
15% off everything we dispense, every time — not a launch offer and not limited to a particular shelf. For anyone using medical-grade skincare regularly, that alone covers a meaningful share of the monthly membership.
Can I get a sample first?
Often, yes, for the products where it is practical. Ask in the studio. For anything you are unsure about, trying it before committing to a full size is a sensible request and not one anyone will be offended by.
What if something irritates my skin?
Stop using it and call us. Irritation in the first weeks of an active can be normal adjustment or it can be a genuine reaction, and the difference matters — pushing through the second one damages your barrier. We will tell you which it is and adjust.
