We carry three wrinkle relaxers and price every one per unit: Jeuveau at $12 ($11 for members), Dysport at $13 ($12) and Botox at $14 ($13.50). The table on this page reads from the same price list as the rest of the site, so if a price changes, this page changes with it.

Why three, and why the prices differ

All three are botulinum toxin type A and all three do the same job. Botox is the dearest because it costs more to buy, not because it works better. Dysport tends to spread a little further from the injection point, which suits a broad forehead. Jeuveau was formulated purely for cosmetic use. We choose per area rather than per person, and if you have been happy on one of them elsewhere, staying with it is a perfectly good reason to choose it.

Because units do not convert between brands, the three unit prices are not a ranking. The total for the area is what compares, and that is the figure you get before anything is injected.

What a visit costs

Taking Botox as the worked example, since it carries the highest unit price: most first treatments across the upper face use between 20 and 50 units. At 20 units that is $280, or $270 for members. At 50 it is $700, or $675. A light forehead treatment on its own might be 8 units, which is $112.

You will not be guessing on the day. The appointment starts with a movement assessment, you are told the unit count and the total, and nothing is injected until you have agreed to it. Every first treatment then gets a two-week review, because that is when the result has settled and the only sensible point to add units to an area that under-responded.

What a year costs

Tox lasts roughly three to four months, so most people settle into three or four treatments a year. Four visits at 20 Botox units comes to $1,120 a year, or $1,080 for members. Four at 50 units comes to $2,800, or $2,700.

Two things tend to pull that number down over time. Many people find the interval stretches over the first year as the treated muscles get less strong, and they need fewer units rather than more. Booking when movement starts to return, rather than waiting until it has gone completely, is what keeps the result buildable.

Where membership changes the arithmetic

The member unit price saves between $0.50 and $1 a unit, which on its own is modest: $40 a year on the 20-unit Botox example. The bigger number is the lip flip. Members get a four-unit Jeuveau lip flip free with a quarterly upper-face or full-face tox treatment, and it is a $150 treatment on its own. Four in a year is $600.

If you would have had a lip flip anyway, that is most of the case for joining. If you would not, it is worth nothing to you, and it is fairer to say so. Membership is $99 a month into a wallet you spend here, with a twelve-month minimum, and the page comparing membership with paying as you go runs the full numbers.
