Membership vs Non-Member Pricing in Neenah

This page replaces one lost when the site moved in September 2026. It is a new page rather than a reconstruction, and every price on it is read from our current price list.

The Illuminator VIP membership is $99 a month, and all of it goes into a digital wallet on your account as spendable credit. There is no joining fee. On top of the balance you get member pricing across the menu, 15% off every skincare line we dispense, a free lip flip with each quarterly tox treatment and a free dermaplane on one facial a month. The minimum commitment is twelve months.

Because the $99 is credit rather than a fee, the real question is not whether $1,188 a year is worth paying. It is whether you would spend at least that here anyway, and what the perks and member prices are worth on top.

If you have tox every quarter

Take four Botox treatments a year at 20 units each. Paying as you go, that is $1,120. As a member it is $1,080, which $1,188 of wallet credit covers with $108 left over to spend on anything else.

Then the lip flip. Members get a four-unit Jeuveau lip flip free with each quarterly upper-face or full-face tox treatment, and it is a $150 treatment on its own. If you would have booked one each quarter, that is $600 a year you are no longer paying, and on that plan membership is clearly worth it. Without the lip flip, the saving on the tox itself is $40 a year, and the case rests on what else you use.

If you have a facial every month

Monthly facials are where member pricing does the most on its own. A Signature Facial is $149, or $129 for members: $1,788 against $1,548 over a year, a saving of $240. A Glo2Facial is $199, or $159: $2,388 against $1,908, a saving of $480.

Members can also add a dermaplane to one facial a month at no charge, a $40 add-on, which is another $480 a year if you would have had it anyway. Either facial plan spends more than the $1,188 the membership deposits, so none of the credit sits idle.

If you have filler once a year

This is where the maths is thinnest, and it is worth saying so. A full syringe of lip filler is $750, or $725 for members, a $25 saving. The half syringe has no member discount. Facial filler takes $50 off the total. None of that justifies a twelve-month commitment on its own.

You would not lose the $1,188, since it sits in a wallet you can spend. But if filler is all you book, paying as you go, a gift card or Cherry financing is the more flexible way to do it, and we would rather tell you that than sign you up.

A consultation is $50 and credited to your account toward treatment, which is a cheaper way to find out what you would actually book than committing to a year first. Member prices are published beside the standard price on every treatment page and on the pricing page, so the arithmetic above can be run against whatever plan you end up with.

The terms that affect the maths

The minimum commitment is twelve months, and membership renews annually unless you give notice thirty days before the renewal date. Deposited funds are non-refundable and non-transferable, and they do not expire: if you cancel, you keep the credit and lose the perks and member pricing. Funds are drafted monthly from a debit or credit card, and credit cards carry a 3% processing fee, about $35.64 over a year, which a debit card avoids. Member pricing stacks with package pricing, and wallet credit can be spent on courses as well as single treatments.
