The Platinum is not a fixed treatment. It is the Signature protocol plus whatever the assessment says your skin actually needs — advanced actives, device work, or both.
Because of that it is chosen after a skin assessment rather than booked blind, and two Platinum facials are rarely identical.

How often can I have one?
Every four to six weeks at most. Because the actives are stronger, more frequent than that starts working against the barrier rather than for it — which is the opposite of what you are paying for.
