How it works
It is a wallet, not a subscription.
$99 comes out monthly and goes straight into a digital wallet attached to your account. That money is yours to spend on treatment or product, at any point, in any amount.
Use it every month or let it accumulate toward something bigger. The credit never expires, which is the part that makes this different from most spa memberships. Nothing is forfeited by having a quiet quarter.
On top of the balance you get member pricing across the whole menu, 15% off every skincare line we dispense, and two recurring treatment perks.
Member prices are published openly beside the standard price on every price we publish and on course pricing, so you can work out the value before joining rather than after.

A free lip flip every quarter

Terms
The part worth reading before you join.
- A minimum twelve-month commitment. Membership auto-renews annually unless you give notice thirty days before the renewal date.
- Deposited funds are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Account credit stays valid after cancellation, but member perks and discounts stop.
- Funds are drafted monthly from a debit or credit card. Credit cards carry a 3% processing fee.
We publish this in full rather than in a footnote. A twelve-month commitment with non-refundable deposits is a real commitment, and you should decide with the terms in front of you.
If it is not for you
There are two other ways.
Membership suits people already treating regularly. If that is not you, gift cards carry no commitment at all, and Cherry financing splits a single larger treatment over time without a monthly tie.

Common questions
What people ask before joining.
Is there a joining fee?
No. The $99 monthly draft is the whole cost, and all of it goes into your wallet as spendable credit rather than being absorbed as a fee. What you are committing to is the twelve months, not an upfront charge.
Can I share my membership with someone else?
No: deposited funds are non-transferable, and that is in the terms rather than buried in them. The perks and member pricing attach to the member. If you want to treat someone else, a gift card is the thing that does that cleanly.
What happens to the $99 if I do not use it?
It stays in your wallet. The credit does not expire, so months where you book nothing simply build the balance toward something larger: a course of laser, a syringe of filler, a year of skincare. It is closer to a savings account for treatment than a subscription you lose by not turning up.
Is membership worth it if I only come twice a year?
Probably yes, but do the arithmetic rather than taking our word for it. Twelve months is $1,188 into the wallet, all of it spendable, plus 15% off skincare and four lip flips worth $600 if you are already having quarterly tox. If you are not having tox, the maths is thinner and we will say so.
Can I cancel?
After the initial twelve months, with thirty days' notice before the renewal date. Whatever is left in your wallet stays yours to spend. You keep the credit, you lose the perks and the member pricing.
Does member pricing stack with package pricing?
Yes. Every course on our package pricing page publishes a member figure beside the standard one, and wallet credit can be spent against it.
Where it goes furthest
Skincare, mostly.
The 15% off skincare is the part members underestimate. Over a year of home care (a retinoid, a pigment corrector, a barrier cream and sunscreen), it adds up to more than most people expect. It applies to every line we carry, including our own skincare line.
