Results, not just impressions
The photographic version.
A review tells you how someone was treated. A before-and-after tells you what changed. Both are worth looking at, and neither substitutes for the other.
The gallery is photographed in consistent lighting and published with the treatment named, including the number of sessions where that is what makes the result make sense.

At this review volume the pattern matters more than any single entry. What comes up repeatedly is being listened to, not being rushed, and being told when something is not necessary.

Reviews: what people ask.
Are these reviews real?
Yes, and none of them are written by us. They come from the Google profile, published under the reviewer's own name, and we do not edit, paraphrase or select against the negative ones. For a medical business a fabricated testimonial is a liability rather than a tactic.
Why do some treatment pages have no reviews on them?
Because we will not move a review from one treatment to another to fill a gap. A review about lip filler belongs on the lip filler page and nowhere else. Where a treatment has no review yet, the block is simply left out rather than populated with something adjacent.
Do you respond to negative reviews?
Yes, and to all of them. A review describing a bad experience is more useful than a good one, and the response is public because the handling is part of what a prospective client is judging.
Can I leave a review if I was not treated here?
Please do not, and Google's policies say the same. Reviews are only meaningful if they come from people who actually had the appointment. If you had a poor experience trying to book or on the phone, tell us directly and we will fix it.
How do I leave a review?
Through the Google profile, which is linked from this page. It takes a minute, it does not require an account beyond a Google one, and naming the provider and the treatment makes it considerably more useful to whoever reads it next.
Do you offer anything in exchange for reviews?
No. Incentivised reviews are against Google's policies and they corrupt the thing that makes reviews worth reading. If you were happy, say so; if you were not, we would rather know than be reviewed politely.
